Retention is strong but it's smooth to insert and remove.
I've tested it with stribog mags, mp5 mags, vityaz mags, and colt mags. The colt mags don't want to stay retained but everything else passed flawlessly and didn't move.
Use 2 walls and about 15% infill for PLA since it's pretty stiff or 100% infill if you're doing PETG or ASA.
