Updates:

19.09.2025 - Added a bit longer (0.5mm) clip as some Intercomes have different tollerances. Check which is working better in your case.
03.06.2025 - I reuploaded body stl file as 8mm screw was a bit too short to firmly clamp battery contact nickel strips.
15.05.2025 - I added new version 2.5 which is using new voltage regulatro. As for now I have 100% success ratio with this module
24.04.2025 - As many TC4056 units arrive faulty to me I am working on v2.5 which will be using another voltage regulator, i am waiting for next batch to confirm that faulty rate is much smaller. Update should be expected in 5 days.
28.03.2025 - Fix typo in Assembly instruction and add more information about flat cable connection.

Assembly:

Assembly instructions you can find in attached PDF file

IMPORTANT!
Issues found during prototyping phase:
1. If after assembly your Ring Intercom is not booting at all (no blue light) try with a different USB charger. I saw that not every charger with support for fast charging (variable voltage) is working with this voltage regulator (TC4056). I am recommending any old 5V USB charger with 1A output.
2. From my experience those regulators are not the best quality and depending from where you will get them and how lucky you are there could be some faulty units. I saw that from my 10 regulators 5 were working as they should but other 5 were resetting periodically resulting in Ring Intercom reboot loop.
3. New module, used in v2.5 is recommended as for now I have 100% success ration with that module
