This hinge opens up to 90°. The pin configuration is designed so that it opens easily and holds onto other parts firmly.

So far I have only tested this print with PLA on my Creality K1max printer. I have managed to print it without any brims and with no noticable warping using a bed temperature of 60°C. Before that I had tried 50°C and there was a little warping, but the part was still usable with Duplo. On my printer no supports were needed.
For infill I recommend the more the better. It only really affects the hinge features of the model and the stronger they are the better.
I'm using this part to build larger dump tubs for my sons Duplo trailers/vehicles. But I'm sure there can be other uses for it!
When putting the two parts together one should be a bit careful not to put too much stress on the structure around the holes, because that is where it can break most easily (see also picture with explanation).
I don't recommend this print to be given to small children because small swalloable parts may break off.
