A model I created years ago using Cura / Lithopane and then converted to an STL sliced with Mesh Mixer. It was from a rougher image as the starting point, so likely not screen accurate, but worked for what I wanted at the time.
It was one of my first prints on my CR-10s, and I printed with 2 walls, 3 top and bottom and 60% infill, standing upright to get more detail in the front face (as seen in the images).
