Okay this one's a very specific model that most likely won't have a use for anyone else, but I thought I'd document the end result here anyways..
So my treadmill (Tunturi T60) has an built-in pad stand which works fine, but I had some issues with it:
- the pad is too low for my liking
- pad obstructs interesting data that I want to see during my exercise
So with these in mind I designed a secondary stand for the pad, that lifts the pad higher over the existing screen. The stand is designed for the specific shape of the screen of the Tunturi treadmill, so I doubt it fits as is to any other treadmill.
The treadmill shows all speeds in km/h format, but in running I have been used to the min/km format, so I came up with a conversion table of these numbers, and integrated it to the legs of the stand, so now I can understand the speeds that I am running on the treadmill! :)
The model is printed in parts and I used glue to combine it all together. The leg parts were printed with two different colors to highlight the texts.
