One window in our house has a safety bar for fall protection. This prevents us from mounting an in-window insect screen. With these clips attached to the safety bar, I can mount an insect screen for at least the majority of the window.
The safety bar diameter is 40 mm. The insect screen has a border of 10 mm with a thickness of 1mm. I used three clips.
Print settings:
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Material: PETG (holds up just fine in direct sunlight
- Infill: 100%
