This my summary for what i would've done differently if I were to make these certain projects again.
Starting off with Bart Simpson from the Simpsons when making the eyes my partner and I were looking use a revolve to make the eyes using a straight line along with - semi circle then revolving, this would make a 3D eye which we would then mirror over to the other side:

Doing this showed some problems because the way the top plane lined up with are original sketch - circle wasn't centered fully so to counteract that a made some construction lines on the cylinder the added in a plane to match where the middle was to then mirror the eye over.

as you can see the original line (Left middle) was slightly off centered so I added a plane as reference geometry making a centered plane to mirror the eye over.

This was the picture of the eyes before i changed the sketches to revolves these eyes look very off putting and not super realistic - so i changed these weird looking eyes to revolves. Along with that this image is me making a new plane because of the uneven top plane - this new plane will allow me to evenly spread out the eyes.

Lastly for Barts head we had to make a change for the plan for the mouth -

our plan had an extrude but that would've made is mouth very non realistic so i decided to make a revolve and cut it - this allowed for a more realistic and naturally shaped mouth that didn't look too out of the ordinary.
Along with the mouth the nose plan that we had was very unclear and very in depth for the simplistic design I ended up choosing, I decided that for the best outcome and 1 - 1 look a small revolve would be the best so I ended up changing the plan and making a call that I was proud of making allowing Barts face to come together pretty nicely

this proved to make a better looking mouth for him.

I chose this color for bart which was a very realistic look - for the next time if I were to make something like this again i would want to have improved on the spacing of the holes in the circular patten on barts head, since this project is supposed to hold pencils the holes in the top are a bit wide and I wouldve wanted to change the color of the eyes. But overall this was a very fun project to make which helped me learn a lot about solid works.
For My Second project I made the couch from the Simpsons.
for this project we didn't have a planning doc for it so i will share some of the things I would've changed from my original thoughts about the couch.
So starting off I made an original sketch without the dimension's which wasn't the smartest because I couldn't accurately represent how big the couch was without them - so i did go back and resized everything to make it more according the the original Simpson couch :

After i made those dimensions I started to sketch the back but i ran into some errors. I think it would've been easier for me to make the couch all together making the base off of the back of the couch.

I then made the base and the back, next time I would've made the arm rest along with it first to check that all of my dimensions are working well to be able to easily adjust them before making any extrudes

I then made the sides of the couch which again I would've rather had made with the couch for the dimensions making everything a little bit easier.

I then made my couch with these cuts which I thought were a good idea - which they were for a sliding compartment but they needed to be a bit bigger because when printed they were very tiny

Lastly I filled in the couch with the cushions that are all together - though when making them I should've made a new plane to sketch them on because when I made them on the back I had to do so many extra tedious steps that weren't needed, so next time i would draw on a new plane instead of extruding the joined together sketches.

When printed out I chose to use a darker brown that correctly imitated the color of the couch from the simpsons. Overall this project was very fun but next time i would have to make sure that I was more careful with the spacing of the sketches before i print to make the item usable.
