This is a slightly long balisong. very smooth and balanced. Slight handle bias.
Printed at 90% infill, both the blades and handles.
.2 layer height on a bambu p1s. Print in PETG for a quieter Bali, but PLA or PLA+
will work just fine.
Hardware:
2x M3 Screws
2x M3 Washers
1x M3 nut.
Assembly instructions:
Print 2 handles and a blade
Put the washers on each side of the blade and slide it in the handle.
insert the m3 screw on the circular side of the handle.
Put the nut into the back on the hex side.
screw the screw in until it's tight.
slowly back the screw out until the handle swings freely.
Start flipping!
Notes:
I like to put a dab of super glue to hold the nut in place.
I would recommend using some blue tread locker on the screws as well.
