"Dust Wands" for Porter Cable 444 sanders were once available, but no longer are; this will fit a 9444 or 9444VS, presumably others as well, similar to the 14449 accessory. This will fit in the original tool case while installed.
This is adapted to fit a standard 1-¼" shop vacuum hose with a tapered inlet from 32mm to 30mm over 42mm. Fit at the sanding head is loose intentionally, but it does pull plenty of air through the sanding pad.
I suggest printing this out of PLA+ or stronger material with a relatively high infill and 3+ walls, as you may put a fair bit of stress on it in use. This should be easily printable vertically, with the vacuum inlet side on the plate, and tree supports only needed for the screw boss at the bottom. There isn't much material for bed adhesion, so a brim is recommended.
