To use 5 filaments on 4 color AMS load first 4 filaments and then swap the first filament with the last filament after it is done printing during the print and set the filament of the last color to first one.
In this case you would set Black on model as Black in AMS, Red on model as Red in AMS, Orange on model as Orange on AMS, Gold on model as Gold on AMS and White on model as Black on AMS.
You can add pause after black color and to the swap, or you can swap the black to white during the printing of other colors.

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Red
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Mandarin Orange
At layer #16 (1.36mm) swap to Gold
At layer #22 (1.84mm) swap to Jade White for the rest.
