These handheld rollers -- about 36mm diameter and 102mm long (1.4 in x 4 in) -- each features 399 surface elements. One consists of bumps, the other has holes. The two patterns are completely different. Holes and bumps start as spheres, but are stretched to make them 1.5 times longer. Original sizes range from 0.45mm radius to 1.3mm.
The rollers will work with a variety of materials. They're easy to clean with soap and water. If clay sticks to them during use, wet them to reduce friction.
I printed mine on a Prusa XL in PETG with 25% infill and organic PLA supports. The roller with holes does not need supports.
