Jumbo Turntable

I was challenged to create a turntable (lazy susan) to fit over the fire pit in the middle of a table.  The result came out better than I expected, so I've modified the design to work for anyone.  Each of the seven segments takes up nearly the whole print bed on my Prusa MK4S.  The design calls for 84 bearings, adding more will increase friction and is not recommended.  I've added silicone oil to the bearing races to reduce friction, which has made it quieter and easier to turn.

Inserting clips is intentionally difficult (to ensure strength).  I use pliers to press the clips in to place, then use a flat head screwdriver to split them and ensure they engage.  The last 4 pictures show the shimming procedure, which should be done after all clips are installed.  After all shims are installed, press the center pin in to place from the underside and use a thin superglue along each seam.
