After some CR6 mods, the x-axis can foul the top of the optical sensor. This mount lets you lower the sensor.

Marlin-based firmware for the Creality CR6 printer uses an optical sensor to trigger taring of the nozzle probe.

To trigger the probe taring, a small target mounted to the x-axis is presented to block the sensor.

Some printer modifications (e.g. converting the bed to being rail-mounted and installing a flexible plate) can lower the bed so far that the x-axis actually fouls the top of the optical sensor - where it is mounted to the face of the gantry - preventing the probe from reaching the bed.

If that happens to you, this little bracket can be mounted to the side of the gantry, with a single M5 bolt & T-Nut.  The optical sensor can then be screwed to the bracket with just one of the stock M3 mounting screws.

CAUTION:  Since the M3 screw head protrudes a little above the sensor, this bracket requires you to mount the sensor a little lower than the stock installation, which could cause the taring to occur a little lower and later than on stock machines.  If that causes a problem for you, try replacing the target with this longer one, like I did.
