Assembly Notes — Steps That Differ from the Original Procedure
- Cut the PTFE tube to 27 mm, keeping the original chamfered outer edge.
- On the freshly cut side, create a small inner chamfer using a razor blade or any sharp tool.
- Insert the PTFE tube so that the inner-chamfered side faces the steel-ball opening.
- Before tightening the motor screws, gently push the motor axle (drive wheel) away from the driven wheel axle to reduce friction. This prevents unnecessary noise during operation.
- Don’t forget to insert the steel ball.
- Screw in the lever so that it moves freely, then insert the magnets so they repel each other.
- Mount the sensor and route the cables through the opening to the outside.
- Install the cover.
- Align the cabling neatly.
- Insert the long PTFE tube, ensuring the chamfered outer edge faces inward.
