Plateau de service napperon

Le plateau est composé de 2 verres, de la partie métallique et d'un cercle de maintien en plastique qui a cassé. Le but était de le remplacer.

J'ai fait découper 2 verres ronds dans un magasin de bricolage : épaisseur 2 mm et diamètre 270 mm.

4 éléments à imprimer pour former le cercle de maintien. Les parties sont vissées entre elles (4 inserts M3 et 4 vis).

Imprimez 3 fois Contour V1 + 1 fois le Contour V2.

(J'avais imprimé 4 fois le Contour V1 mais c'était un peu trop grand. Le Contour V2 est raccourci pour pouvoir serrer l'ensemble lors du vissage. )

L'espacement vertical du contour est de 6 mm (2*2 mm + épaisseur plateau métal + napperon).

Imprimé en PETG / Buse 0.4 mm/ Hauteur de couche 0.2 mm /3 périmètres / Supports organiques.

The tray is made up of 2 glasses, the metal part and a plastic retaining circle which has broken. The goal was to replace him.

I had 2 round glasses cut in a DIY store: thickness 2 mm and diameter 270 mm.

4 elements to print to form the holding circle. The parts are screwed together (4 M3 inserts and 4 screws).

Print 3 times Contour V1 + 1 time Contour V2.

(I had printed the Contour V1 4 times but it was a little too big. The Contour V2 is shortened to be able to tighten the whole thing when screwing.)

The vertical spacing of the contour is 6 mm (2*2 mm + metal tray thickness + doily).

Printed in PETG / Nozzle 0.4 mm / Layer height 0.2 mm / 3 perimeters / Organic supports.
