A simple replacement knob for the Baratza Encore coffee grinder. Fusion design files provided so it can be modified to fit other uses.
Printing Print nearly solid. With minimal supports on the knob. Be sure to block supports on the inner shaft. Variable layer height for the knob's dome was super helpful to achieve a smooth glossy finish.
Finishing I printed in ASA and acetone smoothed the whole piece. The handle should fit snugly into the knob if your printer is tuned well, secure with glue or acetone welding.
I used a Sharpie Mean Streak (thick oil based paint goop) to fill the indicator recess in the handle but that's not necessary.
