This is a no-bearings version of another spool holder I designed (link). Even w/o the bearings, the friction is reduced thanks to a separate sleeve. This is particularly handy with cardboard spools.
The parts require no supports, and no special slicing settings (if you want to ensure extra strength you could bump the infill to 30% although it shouldn't be necessary)
2mm foam padding is also recommended on the inside of the holder arm (Amazon link)
