This is a very compact vertical arca-type tripod plate and strap connector designed to fit the left side of the Sigma fp. It's designed to clear the USB and mic port doors, and has enough room to fit an hdmi cable if you remove the hdmi port cover before putting the plate on. It includes a top and bottom strap connection point.
It's also designed with room for your fingers to hold the camera on the bottom left corner.
I've tested it with these screws: https://www.mcmaster.com/92220A181/
and there is an image attached with the specifications, since that's about as big as it can fit in terms of head width and height.
Just get a 1/4 20 screw that is about 1/4" long, with a head no wider than 0.375".

I have been using 3d printed tripod plate + strap connector combos for years with no problems, but ultimately the safety of your gear is up to you, and I take no responsibility for any damages caused if your copy of this design breaks or does not work with your gear.
I would not recommend mounting / carrying the camera by this with heavy lenses - though with very heavy lenses you should probably not carry it by the body anyway.
