TP4056 USB-c box

This model provides a small and effective box for TP4056 charger module. 

The box is useful, as shown in the images, the box has some space for cables on the back, collected in a single hole, in example when a JST or similar connector is used to connect battery pack. The lid is tightly place thanks to a small alignement shape in the front and the use of a single small M2x6 or M2x8 Philips screw is required to secure the box lid.

Two lid models are provided: flat or with a inspection aperture. The flat one guarantees a better sealing, however a transparent or translucent material is suggested to see the LEDs status. The lid with the inspection aperture is instead suggested when an opaque plastic is used, allowing to directly watch the status LEDs.

Print and mounting steps

1. print the box and the lid model of choice, according the used preferred material or other choices.
2. once done, push the module inside the box placing the USB C connector on the hole and rotate the rest of PCB flat with the box.
3. place the lid, pushing first the alignment rail at the front (above the USB connector)
4. Adjust the cables around the circular block
5. screw the two elements
