The individual hearts can be printed in different colors and rotated into place. The top of the print has a small loop through which you can loop a string or wire to hang it.
Prusaslicer listed some potential printing issues (adhesion, loose extrusions), but I did not have any issues printing the model.
After printing, gently rotate the hearts into whichever orientation you prefer.
