Made these covers for the T-Slots on my Sharp TMV42 Knee Mill. A bunch of different sizes so I can slide them in and out in different configurations. Work pretty well at keeping the chips out and letting some coolant flow through them.
I would recommend PETG and slowing the print down a bit to reduce warping on the ends
