The Prusa XL does a great job of monitoring filter life but replacing the filter requires the steel filtration cover to be removed by unscrewing the four M4 screws that hold it on. This printed replacement allows for tool-free filter changes by providing a cutout for the filter to slide in and out the top of the cover.
Print Instructions:
- Material: Prusament PETG
- 0.4mm Nozzle
- 0.20mm STRUCTURAL
- 20% Grid infill
- No supports
Installation:
This is a direct replacement for the steel filtration cover of the XL. Simply remove the steel cover being sure to save the screws and install the the printed version with the same M4 screws.
