Did you let a coworker try out your Longshot, and did he subsequently break the pusher while somehow full sending a double feed so bad it required a full disassembly of your blaster? Cause I did, and thats why I designed this. I'm too cheap to pay for a replacement part or blaster and I didn't want a ramped pusher, so here we are.
The forward end of the pusher is designed to match the original as much as possible, but anywhere I could, I thickened up the model a bit. Just screw it into place like the original and glue on the pusher body to the shaft part. The result rides a little tighter than the original, but gave me full FPS and seal right off the bat, slides perfectly fine.
I printed this in PET-G and designed specifically for that filament at 0.2mm layer heights. I cannot be sure how to supports will react to anything but that. You should also use the set time of your glue to ensure the offset of the pusher body from the shaft part is correct. It should be pretty close as designed, but your milage may vary.
I did indeed come back and update the geometry on the shaft part and I have added a pusher body with a thicker leading end to avoid breakage during rough firing. I have bored coworkers playing around with this so I will update as they find new ways to break it.
