I made this model based on a set of what I consider to be good sai for karate so that I'd have the measurements/proportions to commission a set from a welder.
That said, I went ahead & printed a set because why not. The printed sai should be good for cosplay/costume. You may want to blunt the pointy bits a tad more before using them for your costume.
