Rail Risers for Kato Unitrack - N Scale / N Gauge
To raise the Kato Unitrack Rails from 2 to 50 mm with increments of 2 mm.
This is an easy way to determine a suitable track inclination for your trains.
For instance:
2 % inclination == 10 cm between risers.
3 % inclination == 6.7 cm between risers.
4 % inclination == 5 cm between risers.
Printing
I printed with PLA, 0.2 mm layer height.
Assembly
The risers slide under the rails.
The risers work on straight as well as curved rails.
For permanent use the risers can be glued or screwed down (Ø 4 mm) to the building plate.
