Small Logitech K400 mount that swivels, tilts, and has a quick release for the keyboard. The quick release is like a worse version of the dovetail quick release system found on some tripods. I made this specifically to clamp to a piece of 30mm wide 3mm bar stock that is screwed to my wheel stand. Without the clamp, the rest of the mount is secured using 4 M3 screws spaced out 15mm x 30mm. If you want to modify this to fit on your rig or whatever else you want to mount it to, take a look at the “Disk” model.

I don't know why but I made this really small. Because I made it so small, the pivot arm for the keyboard is not very robust, and your keyboard can resonate with any vibrations sent through your rig. If you crank all the hardware down the mount is relatively stiff but can loosen over time. The quick release is not really a quick release but more of a magnetic slot. I think the weight of the keyboard will keep it in the slot but I added the magnets for extra security.

Version 2 (eventually) will beef up the pivot and swivel joints so there is more resistance and stiffness, and I will try to make some more universal hole patterns versus a clamp for a random piece of metal I had. Some of the screws are hard to adjust when everything is put together so I will try to make some improvements in that aspect as well.

Hardware needed:
M3 bolts and 4.6x4mm M3 threaded inserts
M4 bolts and nuts
25x5x2.5mm bar magnets (optional)
1.5mm adhesive anti slip tape (if using clamp)
