Dieses kleine Teil verhindert, dass ein lose sitzender USB-Stecker aus dem Handy rutscht.
Drucken mit Düse 0,4 mm, Schichthöhe 0,1 mm auf TPU (Hier: ColorFabb VarioShore).
Die Öse ist absichtlich so eng gezeichnet, dass die beiden Seiten im Druck aneinander kleben, dadurch ist die Kraft am größten, die die Öse später wieder schließt. Nach dem Druck mit einem scharfen Messer vorsichtig wieder öffnen.
TPU druckt bei mir immer etwas unsauber, das Ergebnis ist dennoch sehr brauchbar. Den quadratischen Teil mit einem Gewebeklebeband (oder für dauerhafte Befestigung: doppelseitiges Klebeband) am Handy befestigen, so nah an der USB-Buchse wie nötig, dann von unten den Stecker durchfädeln und einstecken.

Print on 0.4 mm nozzle with layer height 0.1 mm on TPU (here: ColorFabb VarioShore).
The eyelet is intentionally drawn so tight, that the two strands will stick together in print, this maximizes the force that will close the eyelet later on. After printing carefully cut the eyelet open with an Xacto knife.
For me, TPU always prints somewhat untidy, but the result is nevertheless very useful. Fix the square part with gaffer tape (or for a permanent connection use double sided tape) to your cell phone, as close to the USB socket as necessary, and push the plug from under through the eyelet and into the phone.
