added a chamfer to allow for printing directly onto the build plate with a resin printer. The original encoder's tolerances are too tight on the initial layers - The higher exposure on the first layers results in a lip that interferes with the "springs" or welds them in place.
Vents have also been added to avoid a vacuum being formed.
