There are few 3D printed bolt action pens, but I couldn't find any without use of hardware. Spring being obvious exception. So I designed one.
Refill is pretty standart (K-I-N 4442) and spring is approximately 4,2x25mm.
Assembly is sort of obvious. Spring spacer provides flat spot for the spring without printing overhangs. Just mind the notches on the inside of the groove on the bolt and the one on the switch. Both hold the pen together.
Tolerances might be on the tight side. Any problems I had was due to print settings.
Those are in 3mf files. Use whatever works for you.
Left and right variant and switch with or without clip. All in 3mfs, choose which you want.
