I designed this paper punch based on ISO838. The base and pins have been modified from a design of Dr4l3g on One Punch Hole - Perforatrice à 1 trou by Dr4l3g - Thingiverse
and also the handle has been modified with the pins to fit inside the base. The original handle design was designed by guppyk from Handle - All Purpose, Four Sizes by guppyk - Thingiverse.
for the base, the infill percentage does not matter, but for the handle, I recommend using an infill that holds some force. (I used 20% and 25% for the base and handle respectively )
