Print in PETG and follow the instructions provided in the technical drawing. Wall strength should be at least 4. Use an infill that provides a lot of volume (i.e. lightning).
Play with it - never fly with it. It is not an approved aviation part. For static display museum purposes only. Float might drown, disintegrate and block fuel lines. If you want to use it in a museum for static display, make sure to test in a safe environment for several weeks.
I have included the FreeCAD data, so that you can make adjustments to the original design.
In the picture I printed it in PLA for test purposes. I recommend printing in PETG.
