This is a replacement cap for the Clas Ohlson Exibel screen wall mount. The hook is on the underside of the arm and often breaks - ask me how I know.
This model is almost a 100% replica of this part. Just remove the screw, remove the broken part and replace it with the printed model. Then you've got the cable holder as well.
For those how have given up on this, I also include the cab only, which has no hook attached to it.
