I now have a Omnifixo M4 kit, which I love, but my electronics carry kit bag isn't big enough to hold them, so I took the attached original model, cut out the parts that held the Omnifixo parts and then mirrored and mapped them into my own shell.
Attached is the 3mf files ready for printing but also the Freecad source files as I made this (somewhat) parameterised.
In the Freecad source is a internal spreadsheet where you can change parameters such as the count_wide and count_high, my version I used 4 wide and 1 high, if you do change this you will need to change the mirroring of the imported features as this was what I wanted and getting Freecad to play nicely was annoying enough (at my current skill level with Freecad) that I got fed up with trying to make the mirroring and placement dynamic of the imported features…
Also attached is a ‘lid’ I created for this to use as a template to cut some steel for this case to use with the Omnifixo set.
