Hello I created a new Version of a Creality Cr-200b Toolhead. These Parts function already pretty well and are installed already on my Cr-200b for testing. I redesigned the original head to keep it simple and for easy printing. There is a big reduction of weight in comparrison to the original toolhead. There is no restriction to the original build size!
Hotends:
The new Toolhead functions with the standart MK8 Hotends with couplings or without one.
Note:
The upgrade hotend with the big Heatsink for the CR-200b doesnt fit. With a small Modification it fits.
Extruder:
Every extruder thats able to clamp on the v6 mount should be able to mount. The included Top is designed for the bmg clone extruder because its cheap and easily available.
Printing:
You dont need to cut or drill anything with these Parts they should be plug and play if printed correctly and without too much shrinking. (ABS/ASA)
The Parts are designed to be easy printable. Use 0.2 layer height, 4 walls , 5 top and bottom with 25~35% Infill.
