Ortlieb sells the Up-Town in two variants: Rack and non-Rack. But what if you need your bikerack for something else sometimes?
This bracket allows you to mount your Ortlieb Up-Town Rack on your handlebar using a KlickFix-compatible Mount as well.
It can be installed without any extra hardware. Just remove the 4 screws from the included plate and replace it with this plate.
I can recommend the official KlickFix-compatible Ortlieb Handlebar Mounting kit, which is what I used to design this.
Printing recommendations:
- Use the attached 3mf printing preset
- Use a durable filament, like PETG or Nylon
- Print it with the mounting cavity facing up. Removing the supports is nearly impossible otherwise
I did my best to make this as reliable as possible. It is the result of 8 iterations on the design and I used mine for a few weeks without problems. Use it on your own risk.
