There are numerous tutorials online for DIY voice assistants and smart speakers based on ESPHome. The hardware typically consists of an ESP32-S3 development board, an INMP441 microphone, and a MAX98357A audio amplifier. I would like to contribute a case that integrates these components in a space-saving way. I have also added a button and an LED strip. For the speaker, I am using a 10W Visaton VS-FR7/4, which delivers powerful sound. If the volume is too high, the speaker can be connected to the amplifier via a resistor.
The case consists of three parts that can be assembled without tools or additional fasteners by simply snapping them together. Depending on the material used or the printing settings, it may be advisable to print the bottom part of the case with support structures. However, in my case, it worked fine without them.
