Make sure to also clone the submodules, since the program uses the bioinfscripts library to extrude along a path.
Parameters:
- w: base width
- l: base length
- h: base height without the rim
- rim_w: width of the rim
- rim_h: height of the rim
- resolution: the resolution of the ellipse or circle
