This is a slightly deeper (+0.3") version of the lithophane frame that you can generate using the “Make my Lithophane” generator at bambu labs maker world.
Rather than ordering the bambu labs led strips, I made my own, but was consistently getting “hot spots” where you could see the individual LED's. No matter what diffuser I put in the frame, I couldn't get the spots to go away. The only solution I found was to move the picture farther away from the backlight. So that's what this frame does. Dimensionally, it's identical to the default generated frame, designed for a 4x6 picture. It's just 0.3" deeper (see photos for thickness comparison). I also included the STEP file, so you could try to modify it to fit larger photos, or check out my onshape file.
In the lithophane maker, select a project type with a “Three Size Frame”. Then create and download the .3mf file. Then open it in bambu studio, and delete only the large frame from the second build plate, and replace it with this model. You'll probably want to print with supports too. I choose tree (auto) and had them come off the build plate.
