Jack handle broke, so I used a bolt, washers, and nuts to remake the metal pin, then printed a handle out of PLA+

The metal tube is 18mm OD and 4.5" long (114.3mm), so the ID and length of the handle matches. You can scale as-needed.
Printed vertically, and with 5 walls & 15% infill. It feels solid.
