I found an amazing design from chrismofer here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5358689) but the shims were a bit too high for my application as I'm using custom rock sliders, so I put the file in TinkerCAD and made some assorted sizes for easy printing and measuring.

Installation
First, measure the desired lift and print the appropriate spacers (you'll need four in total), and you'll need longer M3 screws to ensure a secure fit.
For installation, remove the four screws holding each rock slider down (eight in total) and remove the rock slider. Next, align and place the spacers on top of each of the two mounting post locations you just removed the rock sliders from. Place the rock sliders on top on the spacers and install the longer hardware. Repeat for both sides, and you're done!
