The metal spike pads that came with my speaker stands are an incredible pain because you've got to get all four of them aligned just so or they'll slip off. These are a little taller and have a larger ramp to guide the spike to the center of the pad.
Place a 1" round felt furniture pad in the recess on the bottom.
These might be a little tricky to print since the contact area with the bed is so small. Turning on snug supports helps.
