I love my Sennheiser HD 800S. But the cable is always touching my neck. This cable "splitter" solved the problem by seperating the right and left channel approx. 20 cm.
I also hat to replace the cable since the cable insulation dissolved - no idea why, maybe the lotion or after shave I used. I hope my “cable splitter" also helps to a longer cable lifetime.
Update: I figured out that there are different cabels. The first version is for the regular jack version, I just added a second one for the XLR version.
