I designed a frame to integrate a IKEA UPPATVIND into my LACK enclosure. While designing it I found that a XSARA PICASSO cabin filter (e.g. RIDEX 424I0203) has comparable dimensions. Still I had to design a adaptor for it since it was 1mm to large on each side. But considering the price and that it has a HEPA rating and active carbon still worth it.
I simply glued the frame-halfs together with superglue. To mount it to the enclosure you need 4x M5x35…45
To assemble the adaptor frame you need 4x M3x20 screws. I used a self-adhesive gasket for doors/windows on the bottom and top to reduce air leaks.
