I made this as a retirement gift for a co-worker many years ago and pretty much forgot about it. The cask is hollow and we put some small mementos in it. Unlike a real TN-40, the dome top screws onto the cask. Will be about 20 cm (~8 in.) tall when assembled.
You will need supports to print the cask and dome.
