I put this together as a Halloween costume for the kid.
Print the two halves flat, then glue them together with CA glue. To make the black stripes, I used some electrical tape and stretched it out until it fit in the notches.
Use 3M Dual Lock (or possibly Velcro) to attach the detonator to the belt loop.
