In a audacious bid to reclaim the moon, eccentric billionaire Elon Musk joined forces with 3D-printing guru Josef Prusa in a secret garage lab, hatching a plan so outrageous it just might work: constructing a lunar lander from a supersized, glitter-infused 3D-printed Benchy!
Armed with nothing but a legion of Prusa i3 printers, a warehouse of PLA filament, and a shared obsession with pushing boundaries, they transformed the iconic tugboat model into a cosmic masterpiece—complete with retro rocket boosters and a landing gear.
After a caffeine-fueled all-nighter, Josef, decked out in a spacesuit bedazzled with LED lights, strapped himself into the pilot seat of this magnificent monstrosity, waved goodbye to a cheering Elon, and blasted off in a cloud of sparkly exhaust.
Against all odds, he piloted the Benchy Lander through starry skies, touching down on the lunar surface with a triumphant moonwalk boogie—becoming the first human in over 50 years to strut across the moon, proving once and for all that with enough creativity (and a little glitter), even the wildest dreams can take flight!
