I needed a better solution for the endstop mounts on the VZBot CNC toolhead, so I made these. Included are endstop mounts for the X and Y axis. The Y endstop mounts in the back left of the printer and is designed for 2020 extrusions. These were designed for the ZeroG Mercury One, so check you application to ensure compatibility.
The mounts use the RatRig PCB endstop (can be found on the RatRig website and AliExpress), and eliminates the need to do any soldering. Each endstop mount uses 2x M3 heatset insert and 2x M3x8 BHCS to secure the PCB endstop to the mount.
Print using ZeroG print standards.
