An external Spool holder based on this one here https://www.printables.com/model/624115-voron-24-roller-bearing-type-sp but without the need for bearings.
Your printer will need to be reasonably tuned for it to print and roll well, but honestly it should be fine regardless. You can also use the roller from the original one with bearings if youd like.
To install it on the other side the only thing that should need to change is mirror the ptfe holder!
