Having DJ-ed occasionally and surrounded with DJ friends, I asked them their common problems, which include losing their jack and USBs. For the design challenge, I want to create a case where it can be portable, while integrating a place for the jack and USB. I also wanted to make a 2 piece headphone stand/hook once the controller case is not in use. The way this works is the teeth originally in contact with the frame of the controller can mesh with the teeth of the two pieces and clamp onto the table. Finally, the case can also act as an angled stand for the controller. In total: 1) protective and portable case 2) jack holder 3) USB holder 4) headphone stand hook 5) angled controller stand. These are all inspired by my favorite entries for the Hercules DJ contest
NOTE: Due to time constraints, the tolerances of teeth are a bit off, and it was compensated by adjusting the flow parameters. It was printed in PET-G, but the designer suggests to print the models using TPU for flexibility.
