There are many spoolholders out there in the wild. After some consideration, I found that “Filler” seemed very nice. So I wanted to build on that. But I wanted something on my wall. There are some designs out there. Many will work. But I ended up designing a piece fitting with the same ideas used for the “Filler” model, with slots for sliding in.
The design seems sturdy enough for two full rolls, even heavy ones, but your wall might not like that…
I printed in PLA with 0.2 standard profile for K1 on Orca. Added 0.1/0.1 fuzzy skin, since I like it. Makes the fit a bit too snug. Printed my parts wo support. Better use a bit support for the “holdguide”.
